saya ingin membicarakan tentang kepimpinan dan isu sekarang berkaitan pelaksanaan peraturan yang dibuat manusia dan Allah.

dalam kepimpinan ada byk step dlm menentukan keputusan
1)buat peraturan dengan mengambil kira pandangan org yg dipimpin
2)buat peraturan tanpa mengambil kira pandangan org yg dipimpin
3) buat peraturan dahulu, then sebarkan kebaikan peraturan tersebut kpd org yg dipimpin
4) rakyat yang dipimpin mencadangkan peraturan , then pemimpin putuskan nk terima atau tidak cdgn tersebut.

yng jelasnya di sini, tiap peraturan itu adalah bertujuan untuk "mengelakkan sesuatu masalah yang lebih besar daripada berlaku"

cth : peraturan Allah menegaskan "jangan dekati zina" KERANA nak elakkan zina (masalah yang lebih besar dlm masyarakat) yg boleh mencemarkan keturunan dan nasabnya.

cth : peraturan di universiti tidak boleh meniru tugasan atau plagiat KERANA nak elakkan masalah ketidakjujuran dalam alam kerjaya kelak (masalah pecah amanah dan rasuah)

peraturan had laju, tali pgg blkg pula nk elak kemalangan jln ry.

byk lagi peraturan yang Allah buat dan yang manusia buat, semuanya adalah bertujuan untuk mengelakkan masalah dalam masyarakat sekarang ini. cuma jika peraturan tersebut
tidak dipatuhi akan didenda oleh pihak yang menguatkuasakan peraturan tersebut. jika manusia buat, akan didenda dan sbgnya. tp jika ALLAH yang buat peraturan tersebut, balasan sudah mestinya mengikut yang Allah kuatkuasakan. hukuman dunia mungkin boleh lepas, tp di akhirat tidak mungkin!

tugas kita ialah mengikut setiap peraturan yang telah ditetapkan, jika kita tak ikut, mesti bersedia menerima hukuman. so jln terbaik jgn langgar hukum yg ditetapkan. "act at your own risk"

sesungguhnya setiap apa hukuman atau peraturan yang telah ditetapkan telah melalui byk proses sebelum diluluskan, bermula peringkat cdgn dan akhirnya kelulusan utk dilaksanakan. cuma kadangkala akan dipinda jika berlaku perubahan selepas diperhalusi (peratusan manusia di dunia)

sesungguhnya, jika peraturan itu adalah dari Allah (hukum hudud), pencipta dan pentadbir sekalian alam, siapa kita yang hanya diciptakan olehNya utk mempertikaikannya? astaghfirullah.

semua peraturan ada hikmahnya, cuma manusia yang lemah dan dikuasai nafsu sering melanggarnya. percayalah.. ..kaedah pelaksanaan perlukan kefahaman dan penghayatan sebenarnya. bergantung kepada kebijaksanaan pihak pemerintah dan para pemimpin YANG DIPERCAYAI DAN DIHORMATI RAKYAT utk menyampaikannya kpd semua rakyat.agar rakyat boleh menerima dgn hati terbuka dan penuh tggjwb.

p/s: apalah sgt ilmu yg ada dlm diri kita nk dibandingkn dgn org yg hari2 mengadap kitab Allah dan berdakwah ke jalan Allah

salam.

after subuh continued slept.hahaha this is golden chance to qada' tido.. azzahra played with nenda2 nya. i n hubby slept soundly.

woke up 8am and the breakfast already prepared.thanks mom!

that afternoon, mom and i cooked for lunch.what meal?msk lomak cili api ikan senangin, sambal belacan, daging masak kicap, ulam kacang botol. memang meletup! very delicious and inilah "ancaman diet" i :-)

after jumaat, i and hubby went to tampin town. just two of us. jejalan sambil tgk tabiat manusia. ada yang ghairah berbelanja, ada yang tgk2 jer, ada juga melayan karenah ank2 yang sdg spend their school holiday.
here a little tips for those who want to shop:
1. list down what you want to buy
2. identify either it is "keperluan" or just a "kehendak"
3. check out the quality, and the reasonable price.
4. think of our future!

that night, we had "kerangka ayam" and some kuih only. diet ke?i guessed so.
p/s: tak mudah mencari duit, tp mudah menghabis duit. so, find barakah rezeki and spend it wisely.

salam.

thist morning we decided to go to kak nik's new house at dengkil, sngor. kenduri kesyukuran dan doa selamat due to her new house home coming.

we began our journey at 11am after packing coz after that we blk kg. reached kak nik's house at 12.00 pm and quests had started to eat. there's alot of kelantan meal there
1) gulai daging ala "gulai kawah"
2)kerisik ayam
3)tapai pulut
4)ulam etc
after having that meal, we got some baulu and dadih (take away). then we went to loyat. hubby had deals there.azzaha and i just waited in car while hubby settled his work at loyat. huhuhuh my stomach made trouble!dont know y.

rest at rr seremban on the way home. we met fara nur asma. she was on her way back from seeing her husband at kl. we had our dinner at kfc. that was my 1st time ate at kfc by buffet.hahaha so weird for me.theres no more set for meal.and customers only 4-5 person at one time...azzahra as usual, play in the playland inside the kfc. then, we had a visit to the near by pasar tani. the items sold there were reasonable laah. we bought some fruits, asam kecut (hahaha) etc. we couldnt stay long there coz it was started to rain. we continued our journey to my father in law house.

finally we reached air mawang at 8pm and azzahra already slept. so tired..zzzzz.. :-)

cicak man 2!!!!today we planned to watch cicakman 2 at tgv jaya jusco.

azzahra woke up very early this morning. then after having our breakfast (fried behoon with fried chicken..sumer yang gemukkan) we went to kak idah house and rashid house (in front kak idah house). it was 10pm already. 

after chatting with kak idah, my hubby with abg wan and mr mechanic help to repair rashid's car (my bro in law)and it settled down at 1pm. hohohoho... then we continue to jj (cm2 mission)

aftersolat zohor, we did a window shopping..konon nk window shopping. but i bought shoes, and azzahra's clothes etc..my hubby bought shoes also...he spent for my my sandals (thanks dear)

at 4pm the cinema started. the story was ok. i think cicak man first is better. so do my hubby. azzahra likes to simulate cicak man...cak cak cak...

huhuhu..after solat asar,we went back and we didn't have dinner that night. it's good yar for me..hehehe.. :-)

p/s : sale at jj now. buy only what we need, not what we want!!!

kak idah (azzahra's baby sitter) not available today.my hubby went to loyat plaza with abg shah for the whole day. so, worst come to worst i have to bring azzahra with me to the meeting today (9am). thanks God she was ok with that.

after having that meeting, we just sorted the spreadsheet and the job for that day last at 12pm. nasir will continue the other job at unit exam.

that evening kak wani (my good friend and also my neighbour) came and brought some soto with nasi impit..wahahaha...murah rezeki hari tu!!!that's a lot of meal for the night. i already cooked sup sayur, sambal udang and rice. so that night i ate twice....kak wani's soto was so delicious especially the "pegedil kentang" ....ni lah ANCAMAN2 DIET AKU!!!

tido lena..kekenyangan maaa....

my students exam papers not marked completely yet!

so this morning i woke up early 5am and at 8 am i settled it all! fuh..my dear at last it's over.hahaha then after send azzahra to her babby sitter house (kak idah) i went to office specifically unit exam.

after key in all marks using PMIS i helped other staff to key in theirs. at 1 pm i started processed the result with deba (my teammate) for unit senibina and after an hour (2pm) it all completed! 

welldone for the excel job!

that was maybe the las job (process students result and print spreadsheet) for unit exam becoz next semester i wont be in that unit anymore..huhuhu... sometime we need to berhijrah... isn't it?

p/s: thanks nasir and my team (deba, kak huda, kak suriyani, rozaimi, azmi, abg mat, haizal and ain) for all help and your kindness in exam unit.

this day was a very tiring day. during the meeting og alumi uthm, there's a few determination due to the 2009 planning such as :

1) first AGM ALUMNI UTHM (UTHMA) worksyop - end of january

2)first UTHMA AGM - end of february

all the realization is depends on the letter of recognization from ROS about the successful registration of "persatuan alumni uthm" as one of the establish NGO in Malaysia and how the sponsor committee members work toward the planned task and job spesifications.

 if all the planning becomes true, we can have a lot of benefits with the AGM this february, please pray for its successfull!

after check out MITC ancasa hotel, we went to tesco to buy some groceries and lepak2. of coz we also bought some udang segar at only rm8.90 per kg. then, maghrib we solat at my mother in law house at air mawang, johol and after that continued our journey to PD at 830pm. we reached our house at 9.40pm. 

very tired and slept at living hall..hahahaha :-)

the importance of being good person with mahmudah behavior

salam.

all muslim are taught and been trained to have mahmudah behavior. what is mahmudah behavior? well, there are actually two behavior of human being. either mahmudah or mazmumah.
mahmudah is a good behavior based on humble and obedient towards Allah's order and Rasulullah's wil.
while mazmumah is opposite mahmudah which is bad behavior.

how to have mahmudah behavior?
1) create biah solehah (islamic environment) such as listening to IKIM.fm (radio)
2) do not escape 5 times solat
3) go to mosque consistenly (especially man family leader, husband and father)
4) marry someone like islamic environment (love Allah and Rasulullah, don't like useless entertainment extremely such as fast song, fast food, fast sex, wayang, keep their aurat, like to recite Quran, hadis etc)
5) increase solat hajat and sedekah jariah.

p/s : what a wonderfull world this would be if anyone practice islamic environment (biah solehah) and mahmudah behavior :-)

don't say something bad about others

salam.
today is not a very lucky day. but the something i am going to tell here is about how to control our emotion. when something happens in our life which is we cannot accept it, we have to control it no matter how bad mood we are. don't ever say anything bad such as "kurang ajar, sial and so on".

please be polite to others and stay calm, humble actually when someone hurt you or not follow your own rules. these are few steps to control our emotion :

1) recite "astaghfirullahalazim" which is mean "please forgive me Ya Allah"
2) Allah create other human because Allah create all human being. you also! think twice to say something bad about others.
3) maybe something bad happen to you is a punishment from Allah. Allah can use many mechanisms to test you.
4) just smile and bother them away!
5) you appoint someone's fault, one day many people will appoint your fault too...no doubt anymore!

p/s : stay cool and remember Allah always... Allah in our heart forever :-)

janda baik...?tak jadi! tukar ke melaka!

salam.

ingat tak hari tu saya bg tau ada bengkel alumni kt janda baik? sebenarnya kami dh sampai kl br dpt tahu prog tuh kt melaka. dh tukar last2 minit. ces...kurang asam!!! tapi takper blh gi jln2 kt sogo.

petang jumaat tuh nk boleh ke sampai sogo habis call sana sinih tanya how to reach there by car coz before this we went there by lrt maaa... tup2 kejap jer dah sampai. memang ALLAH permudahkan perjalanan ke sogo.

after shopping kt sogo, we all pusing balik ke melaka. tak ke kerja giler namanya..hahaha :-) tp pengalaman kn..

then kami check in kt hotel nama mitc ancasa hotel melaka. ok gak la hotelnyer so sapa2 yang plan nk bercuti leh stay sinih yer.

hari nih dah hari kedua.

sampai jer hotel (jumaat jam 8 malam) terus dinner n siap diri. bengkel mula malam ni sepatutnya tp ada beberapa kesilapan teknikal jd bengkel mlm nih tangguh hr sabtu.

hari nih hr sabtu... jd program mula dr jam 9 hingga 2.30 pagi..hah! 2.30 PAGI???? betul beb..sampai pagi kami berbengkel..memang berasap..berapi lah otak kami(uthma) memerah otak bersama team uthmac...terutamanya saya+asha+gmie+dat+ramadan+bro khaspi mlm td.smpai pg beb ber diskusi.. kalu tak jalan gak keje tak tau ah..plan of action, SWOT la...bla..bla..bla..

oklah skrg jam 3.30 am and saya kt bilik hotel using my hubby nyer broad band..maaf yer tak ckp nk pjm.hehehe jgn marah darling yer :-)

nk tido lak. jumpa esok lak yer.. insyALLAH. gud nite.
